Overview
Project Intiation (Idea / Think) is the beginning of your project, where you come up with the idea for what you want to do, and think about what it might look like when you are finished. In this phase you develop the Vision for the project – the high level goal(s) that you want to achieve.
You might draw a picture, describe it in words, or you may even cut out pictures from newspapers or old magazines to show the kind of thing you want to create with your project.
